Alas! An interesting experience again

Hell week this coming week, there's so many quizzes to prepare for, I'm so excited to get through with it, anywayz, today was an interesting day because I dissected my frog and extracted its brain together with its spinal cord and I stupidly cut my pointer finger, grrrr... its really a tideous job, cut the internal organs and remove the unnecessary muscles, I thought I could never finish it, I even damaged the brain!!! hahahaha!!! so careless!!! fuckin shit! hahaha!!! may minus na un!!! but its ok though, just as long as I finished it hahaha!!! that's effort yah know?!

Des and I are starting to write a song, and its still lacking a 2nd verse and Bridge pa, but I hope it'll turn out good, we're planning to record it, so hopefully I'll upload the song in my friendster hehe... tomorrow we're planning to meet at mayrics at 11 am, just to finish the song and talk about our miserable love life

Long Time no Blog Post

woowww... at last, I found time to post here after the past few busy months of being a Thomasian freshie , I thought College life would be much easier than Highschool, but I was wrong, schedules are hectic, profs. expect too much from you (as if your brain is Albert Einstein's brain), and I live practically away far from UST, that I have to travel like 1 1/2 hours just to get there and 2 hours or more, depending on the weather and time, just to get home to Sucat, its really tiring... believe me, but of course I sort of got adjusted to it now, all I can say is our schedule is so unfair, because for example we have a following quiz the next day and the quiz consists of mostly 60 items (sort of like a long test for us in highschool but in UST its only a quiz and the passing score is sometimes 60-80% of the items), then of course I have to study when I got home already, the tendency of studying in that situation (when you just got home from school) would make my eyes really tired and as if it would just drop like dices thrown unto a table, and would really tempt me to just sleep instead of finishing my review....

ANYWAY!!! there's so many things that actually happened to me for this past few months, that I didn't post here in blogspot, like my first week as a freshie, from what I've learned from that time, NEVER WEAR HIGH HEELS WHEN EXPLORING UST, and ALWAYS BRING AN UMBRELLA, why? just guess why nalang hehe... its a long explanation kasi eh, another one is that I've met so many friends, like almost all of my blockmates are close to me na hehe, then I also watched Sponge Cola, MYMP, and Parokya ni Edgar perform at our school. Another experience just about 3 weeks ago I think, I saw Hale perform for the 2nd time, in our Subdivision pa ah? isn't it cool? I wish that all of the bands that I want to see perform would be just a street away just like that experience w/ Hale. Actually there's so many things to tell, but of course I can't tell everything hehe...

Now about me being a song writer, well... its been hard for me to write a song for the past few months, beacause of the said dilemma, and also due to lack of inspiration, hhhhaayyyy... but I have already composed a new guitar progression, although, there's no lyrics to accompany with it yet. About the Siopao song naman, well I haven't yet planned to finish it since the loss of inspiration, probably some other time nalang.

My musical influences have now reached the Emo genre and the A Perfect Circle (alternative) band thanks to my dearest friend in UST (Des Buncio), I have been so mesmerized for a week now, by the sweeping powerful voice of the vocalist of APC, and of course the power of their lyrics is so intimidating and interesting to analyze... No wonder Sponge Cola was musically influenced by them too. Its like, how can I have missed this band to listen to, because I already know that they've been a band for years now and its only now that I've discovered that they have great songs... hehe, they really rock my world for now \m/

ANYWAY!!! I've got things to do pa, so I'll just post here if I have time again (I hope I can again), in the meantime, CIAO!!!

Summer is already at its end...for me

2 weeks of rest, and that's it for me, june 13 is the assigned date for our orientation in UST... and still it feels like my summer isn't complete because we didn't went to the beach, but its ok, at least, I watched my favorite bands perform on stage in different events this summer, the good thing is that my acoustic guitar's already been fixed yehey!!! but the problem is that I'm not inspired to write the song that I wanted to write a long time ago... as in like 2 months ago hahahaha!!! I'm just waiting for that right moment where I'll be inspired to write that song... anyway! There's so many gigs that I want to go for this last 2 weeks of summer, mostly Hale and Sponge Cola's gig hehehe, their just so cool, well at least for me hehehe, I just really want to have a good time before the classes start, and when it starts, its gonna be a hell of a school year again, I'm gonna do the funk for the 1st day of school hahaha!!! that would probably be embarassing if I'd do those silly dance moves hahaha!!! well that's all for me, I'll just post again if there's already an interesting thing happened to me hahaha!!! \m/

P.S. I already bought Hale's 1st album and its really outstanding, I guarntee you. For those of you who haven't yet bought it but is interested of Hale's songs, I suggest you buy it now and buy the original one, support OPM bands and artists, you won't be dissapointed hehe

wow, ang cool ng concert kagabi sa Glorietta 4, nandun ung Hale, Sugarfree at SPONGE COLA, grabe... astig talaga ung performance ng Sponge cola don, kaka-iba ung energy nila don kesa sa SM Southmall nilang gig noong april 22, anywayz kinanta nila ung Partisan, KLSP, Lunes, 22, own version nila ng Crazy For You, Neon, at lastly Jeepney... ang cool talaga ni Yael (vocalist ng SC), kasi ang kulit nya, gayahin daw ba ung movements ni Bamboo hahahaha!!! para tuloy akong nanood ng video ng Bamboo na Mr. Clay hahaha!!! well, kasama rin sa kalokohan si Jorel (lead guitarist ng KJWAN), ang cool din nya!!! siya ung nag-play ng guitar ni Yael sa Jeepney song, tapos ang kulit din ni Armo (gitarista ng SC) hahahah!!! sumusunod sa galaw ang kanyang hair!!! bsta ang cool tlga nila!!! among all the performances that I have seen from them, un na ata ung THE BEST PERFORMANCE nila ever, grabe tlga!!! hndi na ata ako mkapag-move on

ummm... masaya rin dahil nag papicture akong kasama sila, inisa-isa ko ung Sponge boyz hahahahaha!!! nag papicture din akong ksama c Jorel, at chaka c Champ Tan ng Hale, ang cute nya tlga... grabe... isa na cguro yon sa memorable experiences ko, sayang nga lang hindi ko nadala ung CD ko ng Sponge cola, hndi tuloy ako nkapag-autograph, ok lng un, may pic nmn akong kasama sila eh bwahhahaha!!! un lng, sana mkapunta ulit ako sa iba pa nilang gigs, they totally ROCK!!! yeah!!! \m/

waaahhhh!!! wala na bang ikasasaya itong summer na ito? grabe... ako nalang ata sa mag-kakabarkada and hindi pa nagsu2mmer sa ibang place, sila, nakapunta na ng Bicol, Cavite, Pangasinan etc. samantalang ako nandito lang sa bahay, wala na akong ibang magawa kundi:

1.) maglinis ng bahay

2.) maghugas ng plato

3.) mag-internet at mag-chat

4.) mag-movie marathon

5.) tutugin ang gitara

6.) gumawa ng kanta na hanggang ngayon hindi pa macompleto

7.) manood ng t.v.

8.) kumain ng kumain ng kumain...

9.) gawin ang mga inuutos ng mga mahal kong magulang

10.) maligo't magtoothbrush

11.) maghanda ng kakainin at ng mga plato't kutsara't tinidor na gagamitin

basically, diyan lang umiikot ang life ko ngayon, hhhhaaayyyy nako talaga, hindi na ko naka2puntang mall ngayon eh, simula noong april 22, para sa akin matagal na yun ah, ang masama pa eh ito:

1.) sira ang PC namin, grabe... hindi mo lang alam kung bakit naka2inis, pano ba naman kc andun ung mga pix ko na ga2mitin ko sa friendster at hindi ako makapag-transfer ng mga pictures from the digi cam, pwede kong ilagay sa laptop pero hindi ko kasi mapa2liit ung size nung bytes ng mga pix, for short hindi ko siya ma-eedit dahil walang adobe photoshop itong laptop na sa kasalukuyang ginagamit ko, ggggrrrr tlga, tapos nalaman ko pa na papalitan yung hard drive nung PC namin which means, mawawala na ang lahat ng pix na naka-store don at ang mga songs na sinave ko sa Media Player, mga songs na hindi ko na mahahanap sa Kazaa o sa ibang sources pa... talaga naman oh!!!!

2.) sira pa yung acoustic guitar ko, actually nung march pa nasira yon na hanggang ngayon eh hindi pa naayos dahil laging naka2limutang dalhin ng mga parents ko kapag pumupunta silang harrison plaza, nka2inis dahil sa totoo lang naka2sawa ng mag electric guitar, ang dami pang ritual na gagawin para lang tumunog ito, at lagi pang nagrereklamo ang mga tao sa bahay ng ingay nito, pano pa kaya ako makakagawa ng kanta kung ganun, pero ok lang rin naman, at least napag-aaralan ko na ng mabuti kung pano tumugtog ng maayos sa electric guitar

3.) wala na ang myx channel sa p'que cable, talaga naman, pano ba naman kasi inangkin na ng sky cable (na nasapag-mamay-ari ni lopez) at never na daw ibabalik ito sa p'que cable, bakit naka2inis? hindi nako mauupdate sa mga music videos, sure, may mtv nga, eh lagi namang late un sa mga new music videos eh chaka hindi na ko maka2panood ng myx live! waaaaahhhhh!!! hindi ko mapapanood ung araneta concert ng rivermaya, kitchie nadal, sponge cola at juana sa myx live, nka2inis talaga!!!!!

4.) nauubusan nako ng mga DVDs na mapa2nood, well, since nandito lang ako sa bahay dapat lagi kang may maraming stock ng new DVDs para naman hindi ka nood ng nood ng napanood ng mga DVDs

5.) hindi nako nakikinig sa 97.1 LSFM music countdown which means hindi na ko in sa mga latest songs ngayon, ewan ko ba, pano ba naman kasi mga 11 am na akong gumigising at nka2limutan ko ng makinig sa radyo ng 12 n.n.

Actually may marami pa sana akong sa2bihin tungkol sa boring kong summer, kaso wala na kong ma-say eh, pero kung meron pa, la2gyan ko nalang ng part II ito hahhahahha, kapag wala ulit akong magawa, sana talaga makapunta ako sa Glorietta tomorrow dahil mag-gi2g ang sponge cola, hale at sugarfree, wow talaga!!! three of the coolest bands in the Philippines, probably its gonna be one hell of a party!!! yeah!!!!!

Biggest Dream

I've always wondered what it would be like if I were in a band, an all-girl rock band. What sacrifices must be made in order to achieve that kind of position in life? What challenges will I encounter when I'm already in a band? It would probably be hard for me to have a band, especially in this period of time, there's so many things to do in order to have a band, thinking of it makes it even more confusing, because you have to fuse in your studies, your time and your band together which is very hard to do especially when you and your bandmates are in separate schools with different schedules.... hhhhhaaaayyyy nako..... ang buhay nga naman.... well ika nga... kapag walang kahig walang tuka....patience would probably be the answer to this dilemma, well you shouldn't just wait for things to happen and asking God to make it happen, ika nga ulit, nasa Diyos ang awa nasa tao ang gawa...

well, I'm currently composing a song, I've already written two songs, I can't actually say they are well composed songs because I might still change the composition of those two songs, eeerrrr, there's so many things to write about!!! anywayz this current song that I'm working on is gonna be the third one hehehe (malamang), its title is "Luha" its basically about telling yourself to move on with your life, get away from the past, comfort yourself and be strong... because when your always thinking of your past you'll just end up getting hurt again and again, and yes its a sad love song hehehehe, actually its something dramatic hehehe, well let's see what happens in my college life, ooooooooh baka may makilala akong maging ka-banda ko heheheh, I'll take my chances in UST mwahahaha!!! In the meantime, I'm gonna concentrate more in milking my creativeness and juice out my thoughts and experiences this summer to produce dynamic and cool songs or even dramatic and touching songs hehehe, whatever, let's just see what happens hehehehe TIME IS GOLD!!!

What an experience!!!

I know its late to post this but I just can't seem to move on hahaha!!! well, my friends (Raiza, Norwynn and Vannesza) and I went to Sponge Cola's gig at SM Southmall last April 22 and it was just an awesome experience for me because it was my first time to see the band... and all I can say is that they totally rocked!!! \m/ even though, they didn't had the time to sign some autographs, it was cool because I got to capture some pictures of them in a close-up view about 20 times hehehe coz I went all the way to the front of the stage just to take some pictures of them while they perform their mesmerizing songs.

It was quite a shame that I didn't get to watch them at the Araneta Coliseum last April 16, because my family and I went to a wedding, it would probably very tiring for me and my big bro to go there after the wedding... it would be interesting to see them perform there together with the other bands (Rivermaya, Juana, and Kitchie Nadal).

Well now that I've already seen them live on stage, I wouldn't get envious anymore with the people in the Sponge cola mailing list mwahahaha!!! I do hope that I'm going to see them again in their upcoming gigs coz they totally ROCK MY WORLD!!!! yeah!!! \m/
